CAUTION: if you’re allergic to sweet almond oil please avoid using this butter 

1) A little goes a long way, start off by applying a dime size amount 

2) Spread evenly between palms until the butter seamlessly melts and apply onto your body using firm & circular motions 

3) For smoother application, apply butter to damp skin to lock in extra moisture

4) Can also be applied to hair
