Q: Can the Oud butter be used on the face?

A: Although the majority of our products consist of organic & unrefined ingredients, Oud is concentrated fragrance oil so we wouldn’t recommend using it on the face. Our Oud butter can be used on both the body and the hair. However, you can opt for a fragrant free option if you would like to use it on your face.

Q: Is the Oud body butter suitable for sensitive skin?

A: Our ingredients have been meticulously chosen to nourish all skin types. Our butter’s are infused with fragrance oils (Oud) which is usually suitable for the skin. However, if the skin is deeply broken it can cause irritation so we would advise a patch test before applying to your body.

Q: How long does the butter last for ?

A:Our butters are all naturally homemade to ensure that our customers reap all the medicinal benefits of each ingredient. We take pride in ensuring our butters contain NO chemicals or preservatives. Therefore, to ensure longevity it’s important to store your butter in a cool, dry environment and avoid any form of water contact. We would recommend using your butter within 6 months (if you can make it last as long)

Q: Do we ship internationally ?

A:Yes, we ship internationally and delivery fee is subject to the location and weight of your package.

Q: What’s the Delivery charge for the UK ?

A: Our UK delivery covers all areas within England; the Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of your item(s), when you want it to arrive and if you would like it tracked with confirmation of delivery. Delivery charge can range between £4.99- £6.50.

Q: How long does the Oud fragrance last?

A: Unlike alcohol based fragrance, oud is based with glycerin and fragrance fine oils which means your scent will not need reapplying the WHOLE DAY ! We use only the best quality rich Ouds to ensure you need no other perfume when wearing our Oud Butters.

Q: What are the sizes of the butters ?

A: We currently have 4 sizes & a sample size

  5. Sample Set: 5ml x6
